We specialize in OEM customized fishing rods. Our technical capabilities are fully demonstrated through a rigorous and sophisticated production process.
Starting from rod mould preparation, we utilize high-precision moulds to ensure the basic shape accuracy. For carbon fabric, we select top - grade materials and carry out precise machine cutting and manual cutting to get the fabric ready. Then, through steps like sticking fabric, rolling blank, and wrapping opp, we shape the rod blank with great care. Heating - up is done in professional equipment to ensure the material properties are optimized.
After removing the mould, we proceed with cropping, removing opp, and then a series of refinement processes: polishing to make the surface smooth, grinding ferrule for perfect fittings, painting for a durable and attractive finish, and epoxy coating for enhanced protection. We also wrap guides with precision and assemble all components meticulously.
Throughout the entire process, there are multiple QC inspections to guarantee quality at every stage. With such a comprehensive and professional production flow, we have accumulated rich experience and successfully collaborated with many well - known fishing rod brands, fully capable of meeting various OEM customization needs.
